Refunds
The customer has, within 14 fourteen working days from the delivery of his order, a right of return, at his expense, for exchange or refund, of the products which do not suit him in accordance with the Consumer Code. . If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. It must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, however minimal, and be in a state of perfect cleanliness. This right of withdrawal is exercised with a penalty of 25% of the value of the products as administrative costs, delivery costs are not reimbursed.
Within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product, the customer will be reimbursed or given a credit note.
Shipping & returns
To return your product(s), you must contact us so that we can indicate the return address either in the United States or in France.
